  • Full payment for course participation is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing by SmartPath.
  • For courses with a trial period, refunds may be requested during the trial period, subject to the approval of SmartPath and the deduction of applicable charges, such as administrative and marketing expenses. No refunds will be granted after the trial period.
3. Course Cancellation
  • In the event that a course is canceled by SmartPath, students may be eligible for a refund. The specific refund terms for each course will be applicable in such cases.
4. Refund Request Procedure
  • To initiate a refund request, students must contact the SmartPath support team at support@SmartPath.in. The refund request should include the student's full name, email address, phone number, course details, and enrollment number.
  • Upon receiving the refund request, the SmartPath team will review it and respond within a few business days. Additional information or clarification may be required during this process.
5. Refund Processing
  • If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, and students must submit their bank account details and a written, signed declaration to SmartPath. If a bank transfer is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the student.
  • The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances that led to the refund being issued.
6. Disclaimer
  • SmartPath makes every effort to ensure that all information provided is accurate and that students have attained the necessary competencies at the time of assessment. However, beyond this point, graduates are responsible for maintaining their acquired competencies and applying the knowledge and skills appropriately based on the unique characteristics of each application.
  • SmartPath is released from any liability, action, or claims of any nature in connection with or arising from any information, instruction, or advice given by any student or ex-student, regardless of whether course directions are followed.
  • Courses, course notes, and materials are not to be sold, loaned, copied, or used in any way outside of the pursuit of studying the course by the enrolled student.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
  • SmartPath reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Students are responsible for periodically reviewing the Refund Policy for any updates.
